PayPal Payments - Updated

We are currently aware of an issue where our billing system is not properly processing PayPal payments automatically. We sincerely apologize for this issue and we are working with our software vendor to correct the issue. This is causing our billing team to have to manually process PayPal payments and it may cause your invoice to become overdue. Rest assured, if you overpay, we will apply the over-payment to your account as a credit which will be applied on your next invoice.

A workaround is to pay your invoice via credit card or debit card (which will be processed as credit). Select the invoice you wish to pay, and change the payment type to Credit Card. We will securely process your payment through Stripe. We strongly encourage you to switch to credit card payment for future payments. Contact our billing department if you have any questions or concerns.

We have worked with our software vendor and we have patched the issue and made some behind-the-scenes tweaks so PayPal payments going forward should be less of an issue.
