How can I add funds or credit to my account?

Adding funds allows you to pay for invoices automatically out of a credit balance. Adding credit to your account is easy.

  1. Login to the NodeSpace customer portal.
  2. Click on the Billing menu, then click on Add Funds.
  3. In the box, enter the amount to deposit. The minimum deposit is $10. The maximum per transaction is $100, for a maximum credit balance of $500.
  4. Select how you would like to pay. Any of our standard payment methods are accepted.
  5. Pay the invoice and the funds will be added to your account. If you pay by BitPay (cryptocurrency), it may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 4 hours for the payment to be settled. If you do not receive confirmation in 24 hours, please contact our Billing Department right away.

That's it! All future invoices will automatically be paid with your account credit.

We cannot issue refunds for account credit.
