Pageant is the authentication component with the Putty bundle. This guide will assist you with setting up Pageant.

  1. Download and run Pageant.
  2. Pageant will be loaded in your task bar.

  3. Right click on the icon and select "Add Keys"

  4. Find the key you saved when you generated your keypair.

  5. Enter your passphrase.
