Spam Filtering in cPanel
To enable or adjust spam filtering settings in cPanel, access cPanel either directly or by logging into the customer portal and selecting cPanel under the Actions menu.
Under Email, click on Spam Filters.
On the Spam Filters page, move the slider to the right to enable spam filtering. Move the sliders to move new spam to a separate folder and automatically delete new spam. Note: we suggest leaving auto-delete off until you figure out the spam score that works for you.
You can click on "Spam Threshold Score" to adjust the threshold as to what counts as spam.
