Holiday Hours & Availability

With the holiday season starting up, we'd like you to be aware of our holiday hours and availability. At NodeSpace, it's important that our staff spend time with their friends, family, and love ones so through the months of November and December, it may take us a little longer to get to you. Please rest assured that we are still answering tickets, even if it takes us some extra time to get back to you.

Billing questions can be asked to billing@nodespace.com and sales related questions can be asked to sales@nodespace.com.

  • Thanksgiving (United States) - Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24, 2023 - Please allow extra time for tickets and live chats.
  • Christmas Eve - Sunday, December 24, 2022 - Limited availability starting at 2 PM EST. Please open a ticket instead and allow extra time for response.
  • Christmas Day - Monday, December 25, 2022 - All day. Please open a ticket instead and allow extra time for response.
  • New Year's Eve - Sunday, December 31, 2022 - Limited availability starting at 2 PM EST. Please open a ticket instead and allow extra time for response.
  • New Year's Day - Monday, January 1, 2023 - All day. Please open a ticket instead and allow extra time for response.
