We would like to inform you that we have changed our help desk system due to incompatibility issues with our old system. We are in the transitioning process and there may be a few bumps along the way. Rest assured, we will receive every email ticket. Some big changes are that ticket numbers will be returning to the subject line in the email. We will no longer be able to track emails based on the email address anymore. We know that some of you liked this feature. 
 
Our knowledge base has transitioned to a new home as well. https://knowledge.nodespace.net. All the relevant knowledge base articles have been transitioned. If you find anything missing, please feel free to let us know and we'll add it back ASAP.
 
We moved to our old help desk solution back in 2016. Like when we transitioned then, any tickets you have in the old system will not transfer to this one. If there is any data in that system you would like saved, please login at https://support.nodespace.net with your My NodeSpace email address and password. After our system shuts down, you will need to request any old tickets from our support team.
